I am a kindergarten teacher, hehe...so I ought to have decorating papers, bows and such to work with. These are some scans (clean....and not blurry I assure you) from my personal stocks. I have also included an illustator file (.ai) with vectored bows I once created. Consider it as a gift.

i wonder if its not yet enough for me to use it
Surely you had to let me know before you use it and state the credits, but it's not a problem for me if you used them in your personal website or blog.
i asked him to clarify which one he meant that i stole
he said that anything that i dont own that i use is art theft
he wanted screen shots, proofs and etc >..<
even though i made sure that everything i use is safe to use
and even though im not claiming it
i even clarified that its under customization-banner tags
and that i dont own any of it
the graphic/banner is not even worth of any attention
and hes making it a big deal
and im not backing down, next time ill tell him to make
the actual owner sue me and not him
.....

I really have no problem if you use them in any of your future works, as 95% of it is for personal or commercial use. If something in my gallery is ONLY for personal use or use INSIDE Deviantart, I alwas state it in my description so I suppose everything is clarified.
I do hope you find a solution to this problem. Maybe he/she misunderstood something but either way, from me, you are granted permission to use my ribbons any way you like.
