TIME FOR A GIFT
After a short period of absence, due to personal issues, I felt I should come back online in DeviantArt and work carefully on some specific requests that I have been receiving for the last few months.

You have asked me the two following questions (presented exactly as stated in your comments and notes):

1. CREATING BRUSHES VECTOR BASED
a. How do you create your brushes? b. Do you use the pen tool? c. Can you make a tutorial on how you made the ornaments pack? d. These are all vectored. How do you do that? e. Which program do you use?

:pointr: Answer: Most of my brushes are vector based. I am using Illustrator  and Photoshop for the creation of the packs and my favorite tool is the Pen Tool.

:bulletblack: And now comes the important part: I will make you a video tutorial from start to finish on how to create something like my ornaments pack, yet till then (as it will take me some time...i am really shy and don't want you to hear my voice XD) i have two gifts. You can download two different video tutorials, the ones that MADE ME start with the pen tool both in Photoshop and Illustrator from here: a. www.mediafire.com/?wiy3w5d5yub (Photoshop tutorial/ a gift from a friend, so i do not know the creator of the videos T_T) and b. www.mediafire.com/?zm1ah70mxmu (Illustrator tutorial/ free download from the wonderful Veerle's blog at veerle.duoh.com/)

2. STOCK PACK TEMPLATE
a. I really like the presentation of your stocks. Did you make it yourself? b. How did you made your template of the stocks? c. Where can i find  such a presentation? d. Can i have your template and use it for my stocks, please? e. Can you make me a presentation?

:pointr: Answer: I made the present stock pack design after this wonderful and honest man wroth said something like "you really need to change that template...as every stock deserves to be presented in a unique way". I thank him for sharing those thoughts with me and made me think about the importance of the presentation. The template was originally made in Illustrator and then transferred to Photoshop for the final adjustments. You can surely have my presentation by sending me a note BUT you can also read this amazing article news.deviantart.com/article/51… by the beloved znow-white and get some ideas on how to create your own and of'course to download and use two of the most elegant templates that are offered to you for free: a. allhopeislost.deviantart.com/a… and b. patternstock.deviantart.com/ar…

:bulletblack: And now comes the important part: I made a Stock Pack Template FOR YOU mouritsada-stock.deviantart.co… It contains the illustrator file, the psd file, a jpg preview and all the fonts used. You are allowed to modify it, change it, resize it, crop it, alter it ANY WAY YOU WISH, please feel free to make it suit you and only you.Oh, don't forget that you have to enter your own information in the specific sections instead of mine (insert the username, the date, the way you worked, the dimensions etc).

 Love conquers all indeed. I know that now...
  • Mood: Joy
  • Listening to: Lovesong (Cinema Bizzare)
  • Reading: Education and Technology
  • Watching: Outside the window
  • Playing: Crayo
  • Eating: Cookies
  • Drinking: Orange juice

God dammit I HATE when that happens. A few days ago a found a website that has a brush set that I made and that i never authorized the external use.

The f*ckass uploaded it to rapidshare so what did i do ?

I sent an email to rapidshare asking them please to remove the file due it contended a 3.0 license and a copyright protection.

THANK GOD THEY REMOVED IT this morning and i sent the email yesterday !!

: D so all I gotta say to the asshole that uploaded my resources without giving me the credit is:

O - W- N - E - D

I mean I really dont mind if they redistribute in other sites but please give me credit, or LINK ME BACK. but you know, most of the ppl dont do that, just brusheezy or whatever. They rock = )

I am sure your voice is wonderful so look forward to seeing the tutorial. I don't know if you have seen this yet ,[link] but I am sure it will help you if you are unfamiliar in how to create video tutorials.
And then of course it would be fantastic if you were to submit them to our Film Resources category, you can read a little more about it here [link]
and to apply for an invite [link]

I would also like to thankyou for offering the template to our members ,it s very kind of you

:nod:s Yess! (Most of) Us stock deviants stick together.

I always look out for others anywhere on the web. Because I also agree that stockists are artists. Hence why I refer to my resources now as "Stock-Art".

Haven't looked at your pack yet, but sounds great. For those who use illustrator/PS etc.. Suprised by the amount of notes/messages you've been receiving about it though.
